This 12 weeks is going to be unlike any other BLC I've completed...both in terms of time challenges and motivation! One week after BLC 22 ends, my oldest DD will be walking down the aisle on September 7th! Lots of planning to be done in these short 12 weeks, and those who know me best, know the first thing to be set aside is generally myself! I can NOT and will NOT let that happen! I have a Mother of the Bride dress to wear, and plan to look "smashing"!
I'm all about details, things planned and written so there's no question about "what" to do or "when" to do it! I've set forth exercise and nutrition goals for the next 3 months! This was kinda tough because I AM competitive and determined to go the extra mile, but I kept things attainable, realistic and progressing! I figure better to set goals that will get me to where I need to be and if time allows I can go the extra mile!
REMAINDER OF JUNE:
~I will use the tracker and log my food each day! Striving to meet the minimum of my range! This will be a challenge cuz when I'm busy I tend to skip meals!
~I will drink at least 8 glasses of water daily!
~I will enjoy a Green smoothie daily!
~In addition to my teams daily and weekend challenges I am starting the C25K program and will complete it before the rounds end! (Will be a 3rd time graduate! :D)
~I will create a -500 daily deficit
~I will have no less that 300 planned, intentional fitness minutes weekly
Scale Related ~
~See a 6 pound drop in the scale by months end
~Continue enjoying a green smoothie daily
~Increase water to minimum 10 glasses daily
~Incorporate 8 freggies into my meals daily
~In addition to team challenges...
~Continue C25K Su, T, F
~Wedding ST Workout S, M, TH (Squats, Push ups, Deadlifts, Plie Squat, Chest Press x3)
~Complete Step ups daily ladder style 100 - 700
~Continue to have at least a -500 deficit daily
Scale Related ~
~ 5% loss for the month of July
~Continue enjoying green smoothie daily
~Continue no less than 10 glasses water daily
In addition to team challenges...
~Finish C25K training (Su, T, F) and sign up for 5K race
~Take to the stairs daily and climb all buildings (18439 stairs for the month counting up only)
~Incorporate NTC workouts with stairs for circuit (M, Th, S)
~Hoop for 30 mins and complete 3 rounds of boxing (W)
~5% loss for the month of August
I know this plan will be attainable and keep me on track and making steady progress with fitness and nutrition, even with the busy days that are ahead!
