Bad two days

I have to write this blog because seeing it in writing will help. I have had the last two days off from work, but other than some strength yesterday morning- I have done nothing for exercise and haven't tracked my food. I had been doing great with the exercise and tracking, but just had no motivation for the last two days. So tomorrow, June 11,2013- back on track and back to exercise-recording everything I eat. (NO KFC).
Done beating myself up- tomorrow is a new start. I can do it because I want to be in the 160's by the end of July.
