C25K day 4!!

Week 2, Day 1 = day 4!!
This is the first week really building up the time spent running...little by little until I'll finally reach the point of running for a full 30 minutes. Today, my distance was 1.76 miles. I also took it upon myself to ramp up the incline a bit. :-)

I'm feeling really good--motivated, energized...and some of my issues have been clearing up...with stretching and running, my foot feels better; I feel tired at a more reasonable time and sleep better; I feel more energized during the day, more sharp and focused; some of my stomach issues are resolving themselves (probably also in part to my consuming far less dairy)...
All in all? This is worth it. And I've been down to one cigarette per day for five days...

I can do this!!
