Yesterday I got my 20 minute walk in and push ups for the summer challenge also did my lunges for the other june challenge that i'm doing. Skipped out on burn circuit dvd since I ran out of time. Forgot the fit bit yesterday so no idea on steps

B- greek yogurt & half banana
L-baked cod & c of soup
D-half turkey sandwhich spinach & berry smoothie
S-grapes & cheese
Water-4 c

Today I'm starting advocare mns max 3 I took the first two packets this morning I can definitely feel the caffine in it but we will see
