GOAL #3 for BLC22

TRACK my food every day. My intention is to stay within my calorie range every day, but my goal is to track it in the nutrition tracker every day - even when I have to estimate; even when I know I'm going over on my calories or if I'm eating off plan. I don't expect to be perfect, but my goal is to always be accountable.

    I like the way you narrowed it down to one goal --

    The discipline of tracking every day WILL produce results! This has been one of my difficult areas, too. I know it's a very powerful tool, and that even when I go over it is so helpful to have that on record...but sometimes...I just don't get around to it.
