Hi, it's day one of Spark People for me. Feeling pretty happy at having such a great resource to keep me motivated.

I'm here because I want to be fit, healthy (& look fabulous!) when I hit 40.

One of the things I love most is food, cooking it, eating it, looking at photos of it! So it's going to the great to find new recipes. My biggest weakness is crisps (potato chips) I love them.

So today is day 1 of a new adventure!
