SMART Goals for BLC 22!

Obviously my main goal is to lose weight and or inches during this challenge. In order to do that I have to have a plan.
Nutrition is key!
- Logging food daily
- staying between 1200-1550 calories
- no more sweets
- Intentional Exercise
- Cardio Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Strength Training Tuesday and Sunday
Participating in all BLC challenges to the best of my ability
Learning to lean on my SP friends during stressful times.
Consistency in both nutrition and exercise
Holding myself accountable, but not beating myself up for mistakes.
Goal is to be down 30 lbs.

Looking forward to a spectacular 12 weeks!!
