1. Track every bite.
2. Stay in range.
3. Exercise at least 5 to 6 days each week.
4. Try to post every day for motivation.
5. Eat out or take out no more than 1 time per week.
6. Just Say NO to bad foods.
7. Particpate in every challenge.
8. Lose weight!
9. Be a great Warrior!
