BLC 22 Goals

Well I am not a blogger but I can at least list my goals for the next 12 weeks.

1. Track my food daily - This really isn't a problem for me now, although it once was. But never less it is so easy to get out of the habit fast. I am at a point now where I feel like I need to track my food so I know where I am throughout the day.

2. Work out at least 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week - This seems so simple yet it is one of my toughest goal to maintain. I can do 20 minutes just by taking the dogs for a walk but the real motivation is if I just get up and go I will do more than 20 minutes.

3. Post on the Outlaw thread more than 3 times a week - The support is priceless. I know I need it and I am sure others do too. So I will do my part in supporting the team.

4. Drink 64 oz of water a day - Anyone who has known me for awhile knows I hate water. Blech...but I have actually been keeping it up for the last few months. Although this is another one that is so easy to get out of the habit.

Basically, I need to be consistent in all my goals to be successful but I also realize I am not perfect and flexibility is important too. I will come back to this blog in a couple of weeks and see how I am doing.
