Take me out to the ball game! Suggestions Needed!!!

I love baseball season my son is on his 4th yr of little league and it is a lot of fun to go to his games but the snacking is killing me!!!! I try to avoid snacking during the game but DH and the rest of the family will come out to support my son and bring lots of salty snacks and keep offering them to me. I find it hard to say no, We have 2 games a week (plus 2 practice nights) so I have go to come up with something, for tonights game I have already sliced up some cucumbers and that is what I will take and that is what I will snack on emoticon Send us some home run hitting vibes!!!     Yes, certainly take your own snacks!! I know how hard it can be though... I know you can get through this!

    Bringing your own healthy snacks to the game. I'm not sure what you like but get creative with it! Make sure to portion them before you get there. I'd say take something sweet and salty just in case you crave both.

    - Hummus & Veggies or Pretzels.
    - Yogurt & Granola.
    - Chips & Salsa.
    - Trail Mix (make your own!).
    - Fruit & Almonds (or any kind of nuts).

    Do a search on SP. Recently, they had an article featured about healthy snacks. Good luck!

    Good luck. Maybe you can work in a measured portion of a healthier snack, like some almonds or whole grain pretzels.
