SMART goals for BLC 12 week challenge

Log all foods and stay in calorie range a minimum of 6 days a week
Participate in ALL challenges for BLC 22
Exercise a minimum of 20 minutes at least 5 days a week
Make time for a date night at least twice a month

    oh I love date night......We try to do simple things like dinner (picnic style) at the riverwalk or one time I surprised him with drive inn movie night. I had my car all loaded up with blankets and snacks.... emoticon emoticon
