My S.M.A.R.T. Goals

My S.M.A.R.T. Goals for this BLC round are:

1 – Increase my strength training exercise sessions to three times a week

2 – Focus some of the strength training exercises to toning my arms, especially my flabby upper arms

3 – Increase my walking to reach a minimum of 10,000 steps every day

4 – Get back on The Lyn-Genet Plan 100% until I determine the foods to which I’m highly reactive

5 – Drink water based on 50% of my weight in ounces daily
