BLC22 - SMART Goals

Specific: Eat 3 low-fat, low-sugar, low-carb meals a day and use the Spark Tracker this challenge. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Measurable: Start each day with 30 minutes of Passage Meditation. It's my "daily me time" and enables me to maintain my serenity under all circumstances.
Attainable: Set realistic goals that are attainable for me so I don't sabotage myself by trying to do too much too soon.
Relevant: Stay in the day and keep my goals relevant to my day. No regrets and no projection.
Time-Bound: Keep track of time so my day doesn't "get away from me" by spending too much time doing one thing and then playing "catch up" . I do not like to feel rushed.
BLC22 for me is about BALANCE - getting it, keeping it and maintaining it!
