159 Down ~ 206 to go

I'm in love! Isn't it funny how we can fall in love with a house without truly seeing it? What I mean is, we went to look at this house an hour away from where we currently live, I have never been to this little tiny town and knew nothing of it until this house was found on craigslist. So today we (the 4 of us) took a drive to go see the outside of this house, we could also see the rooms downstairs through the windows but the owner was unavailable to meet us today to show us inside. So wandering around the outside of this house, looking in the windows, and imagining our family in this location & school...Was a thrill! We've already put in our paperwork to try to get this house. We will be going to see the inside on Tuesday, but I don't believe that the feelings for this house are going to change other then maybe liking it even more.

Should be an interesting few days.

I had a similar experience when buying my house. The owner was an hour late and all I could do was wonder around the garden and look through some windows. I fell in love with the size garden, the giant tree (for my sons to swing on) the fruit trees and when looking through the windows I saw a double arch entry from one room to the other and super high ceilings and BANG that was it. Mentally we bought it. When I did get inside an hour was more to love. Since those days 14 yrs ago, its become home to my entire family. So it WAS meant to be, even back then. Hope this ones for you.
