Suddenly Saturday! 6/8/13

I can't believe it's Saturday already! The week has flown by and I had so many good intentions! emoticon

I was going to try two new recipes this week but that didn't happen! emoticon

I was planning to remake an old recipe! Oops! emoticon

I was supposed to get 5 days of cardio in too! emoticon

Well I did do 10,000 steps for 5 out of 7 days. emoticon

I ate within my allotted calorie range for 6 out of 7 days! emoticon

I did 3 days of toning for my arms and legs! emoticon

I maintained my weight loss. emoticon

So I guess all is not lost! emoticon

Thank goodness for Sunday and a new week to start fresh! emoticon
