Goal #1....lose at least 12 lbs. emoticon

Goal #2....become more flexible...I have noticed myself getting really stiff lately, so will be adding more yoga to my week! emoticon

Goal #3...Consistently stay consistent! emoticon

Goal #4...Watch my carbs (per my Dr.) something I've not really done much of before. emoticon

Goal #5...Get back into some of the summer clothes I have gotten too big for over the past year... emoticon
