BLC 22 Goals

1. Transition to a complete Paleo lifestyle. I already don’t eat much dairy so no problem there, hate soy and don’t eat many beans so that will be fine. Where I am really going to have to give it my all is with the grain aspect. My plan is to combine Paleo with going gluten free as I have some health issues I want to resolve. [IBS, asthma, sleep apnea, acid reflux, infertility, muscle aches (especially after my injury), painful cramps, and probably more I can’t think of at the moment]
2. Establish an eating routine so remember to not go too long between meals. Also pack food for the road so I can make healthy choices. I tend to eat when I drive so if I have healthy options I won’t have any excuses.
3. Walk more and get in some biking now that our bikes are repaired.
