BLC 22 Goals

1. Transition to a complete Paleo lifestyle. I already don’t eat much dairy so no problem there, hate soy and don’t eat many beans so that will be fine. Where I am really going to have to give it my all is with the grain aspect. My plan is to combine Paleo with going gluten free as I have some health issues I want to resolve. [IBS, asthma, sleep apnea, acid reflux, infertility, muscle aches (especially after my injury), painful cramps, and probably more I can’t think of at the moment]
2. Establish an eating routine so remember to not go too long between meals. Also pack food for the road so I can make healthy choices. I tend to eat when I drive so if I have healthy options I won’t have any excuses.
3. Walk more and get in some biking now that our bikes are repaired.

    Wheat Belly is another book and team that is good to,know about. I have a problem with teams. I am all or nothing. BLC holds my heart and Imgive it my all but there are so many amazing teams out there thatmyou can amass information from! You are so,lucky to be young and finding this lifestyle.

    Great list of goals! I love the way paleo makes me feel. I did Whole30 for 10 days, but the sugar dragon got the best of me. I loved it. Giving up grains is tough, but I am rooting for you throughout BLC22.
