The good and the bad...

So yesterday I ran out of patience and went to another local running store that had shoes my size. Hello Brooks Addiction! I opted to just do the classic Winsor Pilates 20 minute DVD yesterday so I could rest my foot. This morning I tested the shoes. Though I should have been moving on to W4D2 of C25k, I went back to Week 3. It was a challenge, but I loved being outside again!

Now I'm resting with ice on both ankles listening to some 90s music on the Sonos. The only bad thing is that despite being careful about my eating and exercising, the scale is going up instead of down. Maybe it's all muscle right? I can hope...
