Down Day

Today was a "rest" day for me. I was busy getting some things mailed out for my business, hopefully helping other folks onto the path the feeling better. So, I ended up getting only 5000 steps. I could have pushed it and got the steps in, but I don't want to burn out either. Tomorrow, though, I am back on the C25K!
