Starting a 12 week BLC Challenge and my goals are.....week one

My goals for the outcome of the next week challenge is something I have not really narrowed down to specifics. I do not even have specific goal for the end of my journey. Over the next 12 weeks I want to get my focus back, the habit of tracking and I to lose 10 pounds. I want tracking to be a way of life even when I have reached my goal of a healthier lighter me to avoid anything creeping back on me. The predetermined "healthy weight" for my size is 125lbs and I am picturing myself as looking anorexic so we will just see where I decide I should stop. I do have a goal of 40 pounds that I am shooting for as a "small" goal. I have already lost 60 pounds and actually I didn't lose it I got RID of it! I DO NOT have any intention in finding what I have lost. My reward is satisfaction that I DID IT!

Thank you to all the team leaders and anyone else who so diligently and selflessly work so hard at keeping the teams going. YOU ALL ARE GREAT AND DO A GREAT JOB!! Looking forward to seeing less of all my teammates in 12 weeks!! Let's go team!!

    Terrific progress so far ... And I know that you can keep your focus this round and keep up with the basics of tracking, eating right, and exercising.
