Supreme 90 Day System & general update.

I'm on day 5. (I added the Zumba for fun.)

Monday - 1 hour Zumba + Chest & Back video
Tuesday - Ultimate Ball video
Wednesday - 1 hour Zumba - supposed to take a "rest day"
Thursday - Tabata video
Friday - Shoulders & Arms video (I may go swimming later.)

I am feeling pretty good about my workouts & fairly good about my nutrition. I've been eating pretty clean for the most part but I am concerned about the amount of fat I'm eating. I eat a lot of nuts & seeds & added avocado the past 2 days. It'll be interesting to see how that affects the scale. It's all good fats (which my brain begs for) but it's still fat. Dunno.

I've been following some vegan/holistic blogs & have incorporated a few improvements and even though I don't see anything major happening on the scale, I do have more energy & I am feeling better. I've added a green juice every morning (kale, cuke, celery, green apple & lemon). I either have oatmeal (sprinkle in some flax, hemp, almond butter) or 3 egg whites & mozzarella for breakfast. Lunch is dependent on what I'm doing. Some days it's a Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger (I know. Don't go there.) Other days I have a (plant based) protein shake. My snack is generally a granola bar and/or a piece of fruit & then dinner is whatever my family is willing to eat & I just watch my portions. It's going fairly well but I'm ALWAYS over my limits for fat & calories. I figure all the exercise I've still got a caloric deficit but ... there's the fat. ?? I guess it's something I need to figure out.

I've looked over my 3 years of SP information & have concluded that my average weight loss is 1 pound A MONTH! Yeah, whoopty-do! LOL. But it's still weight loss, so I'll happily take it! I've been dipping my tootsies in the normal BMI range, but seem to keep flopping into overweight. Normal (for my height) starts at 145 pounds. I'm having trouble staying there or going below. It's frustrating. I'd love to hit 140 but at my current rate - it may be a while! LOLOL!

So that's about it I guess. After my shower, I'll have DS take "before" pics & assuming I don't HURT myself over the next 90 days & pull a muscle that prevents me from completing it (that does seem to be *my thing*), I'll take some after pics & if they're not too horrible - I *may* share them. ?? We'll see.
