I want to stop by and say that things are looking up for me!

I feel like I am turning a corner in MANY areas of my life and have become proactive about the issues that have been bothering me (hanging over my head). I have a plan for the future and honestly things are looking up!

I'm stretching or doing yoga daily to help my tight back that's been hurting and running, doing cardio several days.

I'm planning to add back some form of strength every other day because my body REALLY changed when I was doing strength training regularly.

I'm happy and hopeful and right now that is enough. :)
