Quick Blog! I'm packing / cooking food for a trip out of town this weekend. Feeling good, if not a little bit sore... so today was a total rest day, but I got some stretching in.
Breakfast: 2 eggs in pasture butter, 1/2 of an Indian kidney bean curry packet
Lunch: Salad Nicoise (tuna, hard-boiled egg, cucumbers, cold cooked potatoes, microgreens) w/ anchovy dijon vinaigrette and creamy cucumber greek yogurt dressing
Dinner: A huge portion of steamed cod w/ red bell pepper and zucchini, 1/2 of a loaded baked avocado.
