Not a good idea

Thursday, June 06, 2013

I did something that was definitely not a good idea. I knew from past experience that it would bring me pain. Know what it was? I ate almost nothing for 3 days! Now my body is giving me stomach pain. Had intestinal surgery (major) a few years ago and I know my system cannot handle not having some food. Now to get back on track.... emoticon

RACINGTOLOSE2: Thanks. I know you're right....sometimes I just forget to eat or I'm too busy. It is easy for me to just not recognize my sense of hunger. I'll try to get my hands on the book you mentioned...and eat.

You have to eat , my friend - First the hypothalamus in head puts your body in starvation mode when we do not eat which actually keep the weight on - I know confusing right !! Yes and will mess up your intestines major !! This is a suggestion and just a suggestion - read about how enzymes work in digestion of food - you need all of those minerals that are necessary for digestion a good book that I picked up online for pennies yet was featured on Dr. Oz was The Core Weight Solution by Marcella Peck by this book and following the concept of Spark really works - slow and easy my friend - But you need to eat !! Hugs K emoticon emoticon

I can forget to eat any day. 3 consecutive days is the longest i've ever gone eating almost nothing. I don't recommend it (unless medically necessary).
