Day 20-something - In the groove!

Successfully adopted many good habits - changed my lifestyle - looking for opportunities to be active. Drinking lots of water. Fruits/veggies at every meal. Brown rice. whole grains. lots of fiber.

I'm tracking it in my mind each day and tracking only my weight on SP.

Added weight lighting to my routine. I'm enjoying it.

I think I'm finally going to be successful this time. I feel the momentum and I'm in the right groove.
