My Diet - 15 days - 10 lbs

This is my story of what I tried to do on my own. It was very successful but the 2nd weekend set me back. That was my fault. I am going to do this again in another week.

History of the 15 days.
Day1 - 8 Went from 211.0 to 204.6 which is a loss of 6.4 lbs.
Day 9-11 I forgot I had planned a dinner party and a pig picking that took all weekend to finish eating. I tried my best to eat as light as possible but the pork, chicken, vegetables and desserts were plentiful. Still I did eat a lot less than I normally would. Well I gained 4.4 lbs in 3 days. Back to 209.
Day 12 - 14 I went back to the diet I had created and lost 2 lbs.

Day 15 I am at 207 without weighing in yet... (I weighed in before going to bed which is a true indicator if you are losing wieght or not. Anyone can weigh in the morning then eat and then be full and heavy and be disappointed the next morning)

I am overall pleased to know that this diet I tried actually worked great. Here is what I did.

6:30 - Breakfast: (within 1hr of waking up) Protein Shake (Oxyelite Proteain) This is the newest, just released purest protein shake on the market. USP Labs sells it. Very worth it, tastes great. Use water because even 2% milk makes it thick and heavy...

8:45 - Snack: 2 - 2 1/2 hrs later - Any cereal you want, of course the healthier the better, with Skim Milk and 2 Boiled Eggs (don't eat all of the yoke to cut fat and cholesterol and calories).. You could substitute fruit or yogurt

1pm - Lunch: PB & J on multi-grain bread. You can use a sandwich thins if you want to make it less calories/carbs but I wanted the biggest, thickest bread so that it would last longer.

4:30 - Snack: 2 Serving of Tortilla Chips and Salsa(chunky)

6:30 - 7 - Smart meal... Your choice. If it is a bad meal eat half of what you normally would.

I was under the 1800 calorie level, under 200 carbs, under 50 fat grams...

Make sure your active, I worked a second job which helped and I garden which is laborous but I never went to the gym.

Supplements: I took Scorch and Vaporizor. You can get these on Bodybuilding.com
Scorch is great - take 2 in the morning on empty stomach and 3 before lunch on empty stomach
Vaporizer - Take 2 with every meal/snack

both highly recommended.

I am going to get off of this for a week and then get back on it for another 15 days.
