No Excuses!

My biggest no workout excuse? Generally I'm eager to get to the gym on weekdays, but on weekends it can be harder. My biggest excuses are: "I'm tired," "The kids needs me," "I have other household activities that need my attention."

But it's always great when my husband pushes me out the door to say, "Your workout is more mportant thn your excuses."
