Day 3

My stomache is still sore. Im not sure if it is because I had my gall bladder surgery 2 months ago and started a sit up routine, or if it is because I haven't worked out in 4 months. The muscles under my armpits are also sore...I attribute that to my lack of exercise for 4 months :)

I did it again though. 3rd day of the 30 day shred. Im feeling good and hope I can continue the streak until the trip with my companion in a few days. Luckily we are going to visit his family so we will eat healthy and walk a lot....and I mean a lot because there is no public transportation where he lives and they don't have a car. It will be interesting.
