Weekly Goals: June 5-11

First, a recap of my May 25-June 1 results:

100%: Tracking Nutrition, Eating within Cal Range, Drink 8 Waters, Being Active Around House
70%: Prepared more meals at home than usual, increased my Fitness Mins, walked more steps but didn't meet my goals here; lost just under 1lb.
100%: 3 Challenges

This week's goals are the same – need to set the habit on those where I succeeded, need to strive for those I missed – with the substitution of a new challenge for one that has ended. I rather like this particular challenge 'cause it contains multiple 'mini-challenges' each week.

Desired End Result:
Body Moveable THEN Body Beautiful

1. Track Nutrition EVERY day

2. Prepare at least 6 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches and 4 Dinners at home

3. Eat within Calorie Range 5 of 7 days

4. Drink a minimum of 8 Water glasses EVERY day

5. Perform 402 Fitness Minutes

6. Walk at least 56,000 Steps

7. Be Active around the House once daily

8. Lose 1 lb

Current Challenges:
5% Spring Into Summer: Sleep 7-9 hrs each night; Exercise 120 mins

Challenge+Motivation=Weight Loss: Exceed 10 points for specific behaviors

BLC22: Thursday – Tighten N Tone (TNT) Challenge; Friday thru Monday – Weekend Challenge (Say HI; Use Tracker; Set 4 specific goals; Exercise 20 mins/day); Tuesday – Last Chance Workout (LCW) Challenge
