Whew Thursday Already

Soo yesterday my eating was SHOT..replace the O and an I

We had snack day for a welcome back.. I started my day out with a smores bar- bagel dip, pinwheel and 1/2 donut.

Then I totally f'd up at work and grabed some chips and dip- well I dropped them so I didnt eat them.

Then later I had a 1/2 smores bar and another pinwheel.

Anyway it was rainy and yucky all day here- I missed my lunch walk getting my nails done (ohh the sacrafices I have to make to look good) totally just kidding.

After work I was determined to be a rain runner called my like bro to get motivation and then totally backed out on him. we did some abs and I did a few reps of curls and presses. Just not into it. So I called Brian and asked if he wanted to run when he got off work.

Sam took off on his 3 miler while I cooked dinner then Brian got home at 8 and we drove up to the flat street and parked. Brian hasnt ran in a while and he usually out does himself by trying to run a 7 min mile and then finishing only 1. So I paced him and we did 1.5 took a stretch break and went back. I could have ran all day with him talking and changing pace it was awesome.. He got tired at the firestation like 1mile so we walked to catch his breath and then ran again.

Total we did 3 miles/ walking and running.. But it was a great run- I am making him do this more often with me.. Plus it was a great time to go the rain stopped and not many people were out, but I was glad to have him with me.

I am at a total of 13.5 Miles
