Don't fear the fat

Dietary fat, that is. Just thought I'd share some results with my fellow low carb friends out there.
So as you know, Day 21 per cycle for me is the day I can have a treat. Great, done. For Days 1 and 2 of this next cycle, therefore, I decided to try a Fat Fast to put me back into ketosis after my Monday splurge.
I weighed in on Tuesday morning (Day 1, Part 4) at an all time low of 180.4. Fast forward 2 days of eating 80-85% fat...I weighed in this morning at 176.0! 4.4 lbs in 2 days! I know they say half of this will come back now I'm going back to normal low carbing but still, I think that's pretty darn cool.
Moral of the story: don't fear the fat ;-)
