New training schedule

Riding 6 days a week is nuts. How am I supposed to fit in any strength training? I'm also exhausted. I'm literally counting the hours until bedtime. No way can I maintain this crazy schedule I found in my cycling book.

So, my awesome brother-in-law is helping me out with a more sensible training plan that will easily help me reach my goals.
