WOW... after doing the changes that Coach Jen recommended on the motivational video, my calorie intake went up to 2000 kcal min a day. I have been working out more and my nursing job has changed to a more physical position. I have lost 30 lbs and looking for to beating this plateau and slamming my weight loss goals. I remember as I work out each day that I am a ROCKSTAR....
