Dealing with injured ribs this week so tonight for supper we're having a portion controlled chicken patty on a whole wheat bun with a slice of FF cheese and DeJon creamy mustard (zero calories) and a side salad with added raisins and a glass of milk. Been feeling tired for the last 3-4 days since injuring my ribs so I'm making this a simple supper. Sounds like a winner to me!!
