Recovering from gallbladder surgery. So walking and bike riding is my limit.. no lifting over 25 pounds for 6 weeks and no running for 8... will start running on 7/12/2013.. can't wait.

    You're in good hands. I've just started a walking program with my team. And it's super easy. All you need is a pedometer until you get back to your running. I guess you haven't been receiving my letters that I just started and will me making changes and improvements to our team. Come and re-join us again. And discover how far your feet will carry you daily while you progress your health. We have lots of new members and will be great if you would like to introduce yourself again and mention about your health issue as there may be other members who can also offer support.
