While I think it is a dangerous oversimplification, I like the behaviorist part of the approach, plus a sensory/emo awareness. I am still looking for the sensory trigger to help me shift out of crave eating. I ate four pieces of white bread yesterday. While it is okay, I could have benefitted from healthier, more nutrient laden carbs like a mango.
