Pulling the reins...

I have my bootcamp class starting today...I know it's going to be hard but I'm so used to morning exercise that I wanted to workout this morning! Half of my brain is saying "go for it! More is better! Work your butt off (literally)!" But the logical part of my brain recognizes that I am doing this for the long term and that means pulling the reins and taking it slowly so that I don't injure myself and also so that it's sustainable! I know that if I go overboard I won't be able to maintain it for the long term...and that's what I'm here for, long term health and fitness not short term quick fix. So it's difficult, but I am listening to my body and NOT working out this morning!
