How I have noticed I have lost weight.

Ok, so today I my action item is to write in my blog about how I have noticed that I have lost weight. Here are a few of the ways I have noticed:

1. A number one uno is that I feel so much better physically, and emotionally!

2. I am down 2 pants sizes!! I actually finally had to go buy new pants!! (exciting)

3. I can wear a medium T-shirt with out my belly protuding out really grossly far!

4. I love the way my arms and shoulders look when I wear a tank top!

5. I am not winded when I go on a walk or a run.

I am sure there are more I could list, but I am short of time right now. Maybe one day I can come back and add to this list?!?! (That would be really exciting too)

I know I just wrote this list, but already seeing it on my monitor makes me feel really good! I am glad I had this action item to complete. It has made my day :D
