I bought a pedometer to track my walking for when I go for long walks I walked 9,000 steps and 3.07 miles in just one work out.
I am so pumped it's not even funny... Tomorrow I start my strength training so lets hope that goes great too.
I have so much energy now that I been working out on a consitence bases. Never did I think my energy level and stress level would go down.
