Wine, I am working on a goal of only 2 wine days per week.

I am an EARLY BIRD, go to bed with the sunset, get up with the sunrise.

Vegetables, whatever meat is on sale, yogurt, half and half (will not give this up) and fig squares for my husband.

My Dad is my role moel, he is 84 and has RA, but he just keeps rolling along. He takes care of my Mom and is always there to listen.

Retired teacher, although I still substitute and do tutoring.

Go for a quick walk.

Always wanted the nickname Cate (but was a Cathy) and 19 is my favorite number, just added the 5 for spice

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis?

Easily 64, we grew up having water with meals and it's just a habit that was instilled early.

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily?

4-6, having an ample food budget helps me to be able to do this. One of the benefits of getting older and being retired.

I try to get in at least 10 minutes each day, I have an 60 minute aerobics, strength, and stretch class three times a week.

I so some at my class, but am trying to do the bikini workout for beginners on my own twice a week. Still working on consistency here.

I want to continue to move forward and enjoy my family and life.

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward?

I use to let poor choices send me into a tail spin, I am trying to just move past them now.
