Start of a new week...now GO!

Or not...I have been so tired recently! I'm getting pretty good sleep, but it is broken up because its still a chore to roll over, but not as bad as it was! I was feeling great when I was exercising...but sometime last week I crashed...I suppose I should look at my diet...change up what I'm eating...and go back to doing 10 minutes of exercise in the morning...I've been putting it off so I'm getting 10-20 minutes, but after supper...I prefer morning exercise. In fact, just talking about it here has increased my energy...so on that note, I will put on my workout clothes and do 10 minutes...and if it leads to another ten minutes, so be it! I have a 5K walk planned this evening with my husband and I'm supposed to start the rookie 5K run training plan! But first, ten minutes in my home...(it's raining, husbands gone to work, and kids sleep for another twenty minutes so cannot leave my house!)

Regardless of how tired you are feeling or whatever you have going on, stop and take ten minutes to do some form of exercise! Ready? And........GO!

    Great example of what I call "the midcourse maneuver". No plan is ever cast in stone. We need to be flexible and ever changing to get to the prize.
