Have you tried meclizine? It's over the counter and cheap and is usually the first thing the doctor prescribes for vertigo. 25mg four times daily (sometimes less often) usually does the trick. It may make you a little drowsy at first but that side effect usually goes away. You can find it in the motion sickness medication aisle.

Hey! I knew my good friend and co-worker had suffered a LOT from this last year, so I just saw your blog, and then called her to ask her what worked best for her. She told me to have you look at this web site and follow these instructions. She said that she suffered so much from vertigo, and this one thing was what gave her sanity!

    I hope it helps!

I take over the counter motion sickness pills. It really helps. I hate it, and I get it all the time! Good luck!

I've had issues with it in the past in connection with an inner, inner ear infection that just takes a lot of rest to clear up. I'd suggest checking with your doctor dpending on how long you've been dealing with it.

    Good luck
