Day 21 of 21 (or 63 of 63!)

Whooop! Today completes my THIRD 21-day cycling! So exciting. (Read back on my blogs for why I'm taking this 21 days at a time.)

So am I going to commit to another 21 days?? You bet I am. I'm absolutely loving it. This is the longest streak I've had in a long time. I really needed this.

So whilst everyone is writing June goals, I've decided I want to write some goals for my 4th 21-day cycle:

Days 1-5: at least 10 glasses PLAIN water every day. (I always get at least 10 glasses of water in every day, but half of this comes from green tea. I know that's still healthy, but I still want to just work on nice, cold, plain water.)

Days 6-10: work on my abs every night before bed.

Days 11-15: at least 1 Spark People exercise video every day. (I recently discovered how AMAZING these videos are, and such a variety of them.)

Days 16-20: food blogging on Spark every day. (This 3rd cycle, I found these last 5 days the hardest for some reason. Food blogging will help me keep my meals interesting and pretty and to mix it up.)
