For the month of June I plan on tracking all that I
eat. Try not to go over the calories range. Be aware of what I'm eating and not get talked into going out and picking up ice cream
or slushes or
Make all the appointments with my trainer. We meet 4 times a week. Do all the homework that she gives me to complete before the next session.
Do cardio training 6 days a week. 30 to 60 minutes a day.
Do strength training 5 days a week. One hour per day.
Getting all my water in and to make water
the drink of choice especially on the hot days because some other drinks dehydrate you instead of cooling you off.
I plan on losing up to 1 pound a week if not more and to keep the metabolism up and keep it guessing.
Hopefully by the end of the month I will be down 5 pounds.
