Back again.

Trying this again. I have definitely gotten back up there and my last physical exam showed slight increase in BP. I have got to stop eating out all the time and try to eat healthier. I should also exercise, but I'll get to that later. As before, I am going to start with tracking my food. Today was pretty good.
