Insanity, Half Marathon, and Random Yogurt Find

Saturday, June 01, 2013

Well, i have reincorporated Insanity back into my workout. So, in addition to spin and muscle class and the occasional hiking, and trying to now find some time to lift my weights, i added Insanity. A couple words on that. I LOVE INSANITY. Its just gives you an athletic conditioning that no other cardio gives you. Agility, speed, etc. But Im finding it hard to find time to lift with all of that. But it will all work out. Additionally, i decided that i want to do a half in either November or January (most like January since its in my city - was weary though because i had running in cold weather). So...somehow, i need to incorporate my short runs, long runs, and my interval training back in. I think i will finish my Insanity program and train for the half after that.

Lastly, my random yogurt find. Those damn Costco samplers got me again. The put this greek yogurt concoction on a cracker and suckered me in. Now, im addicted to it! It makes chicken and veggies easier to eat! - i hate both normally. I spread that sucker on anything lol. And the best part? Its 2 tablespoons for only 50 calories! - that goes a loooonnng way in my book.

Did i mention i love insanity? Does that make me insane? emoticon

I think you might have mentioned insanity. The only insanity I know of is the one that puts people into mental institutions, though I'm sure that is NOT what you plan to incorporate into your program...
