May...the first month I've been able to give myself a sticker EVERY DAY!

Last December I had a personalised 2013 calendar made. I love it. It's an 'inspirational' calendar: all the pics are either from significant events in my life (like my graduation, which is May's pic), or pics where I thought I looked nice, like:

Anyway, I digress. I'm a very visual person, and I'm also massively obsessive-compulsive and like to have plans and graphs and spreadsheets and task-lists and things to tick off. So to combine the two, I decided to buy these little stickers and for every day that I remained 'conscious' of my goals, I would get a sticker. This didn't mean staying in my calories totally, or working out every day. It meant that even on days that I may have gone over, it wasn't a binge; it was me listening to my body, it meant me sticking to a planned workout (I have another spreadsheet for those lol), it meant me always working on being healthy and always watching my carbs. This year so far, I've been so up and down. Before April 2nd, each month probably had 20 days worth of stickers maximum. On April 2nd I started doing this in 21-day cycles. And it is the BEST thing ever. Since April 2nd, EVERY DAY has had a sticker
So I was almost full in April, but May:
YIPPEEEE! I know it is a little bit silly to do stickers, but it's really something I look forward to doing every night before I go to bed. It's so great that I've FINALLY got a whole month of stickers, and I've remained 'conscious' of my healthy lifestyle now for a straight 61 days now. My longest streak of 2013 so far.
