I noticed I'm craving fast food a lot less. As a matter of fact. In the past week I haven't had any except a planned breakfast that was only 250 calories. I am not dreading exercise anymore. I can't say that I actually look forward to it yet, but I'm not hating it. After a month I've noticed that I'm not quite as focused on food as I was.

    That's Great! I feel the same way about exercise. Not sure I will ever look forward to exercise but I do feel better after I exercise. emoticon

    That is so great! Way to go! I am not quite there yet. I do not crave the fast food, but I still dread the exercise. emoticon
