June 1 new month new start refresh

What did I learn in May? I learned that I need to eat more! I was starving myself which resulted in body not releasing weight because it needed the weight to live! So I'm increasing my caloric consumption in June to almost 2000 calories on exercise days (which is almost every day)! This week I weighed 221 last Sunday but increased calories, went a little lighter on exercise, and today I'm 217.8! Woo hoo!

For June - I'm doing a calorie differential challenge, a Blogilates exercise challenge, I'm signed up for a 3 week bootcamp, and Mud Hero training every other Sunday. Plus, I need to start running! I love running, I miss it! With all that going on I will need to EAT! It's hard to grasp but totally logical! My body needs fuel especially when I'm pushing myself physically!

So I am looking forward to the changes in me this month! It won't be easy physically, I am still healing! But to help my body heal I do need exercise! I hope everyone reading this has a plan for June - what is it? And although I am making a monthly plan I am still taking each day as it comes and not thinking "well, I have bootcamp three times this week so I can have a giant slice of pecan pie and a medium pizza today"...I think "what is my plan today?"
