Hello! This is late in the day for me, I'm a morning blogger normally!

I've had a good day, I did 20 minutes cardio this morning with the intention of doing more tonight...but I worked an extra couple of hours and have gotten home late...which isn't to say I won't do my strength training but I won't beat myself up if it doesn't happen! I'll definitely do my yoga before bed!

The three pounds I gained last weekend have disappeared! Yay! Gone, never to be seen again! Keep in mind I'm doing HIIT type exercise so am building muscle, so I can't worry too much about the scale! It is what it is!

That's about it I am exhausted and think I need to go to sleep!
